Terrible customer service at Alo Yoga in The Woodlands 🚨🚨
Even though I brought back clothing I purchased less than a month ago, still new and unworn, with tags they refused to exchange or return it simply because I didn’t have the receipt. I even spoke with the manager, who was extremely rude and dismissive. Their attitude and policy are completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to care about its customers. I expected much better from Alo Yoga and will definitely not be shopping here again.
Save your money and go to lululemon better service and quality.

I bought my leggings from Alo and tbh I regret it bc every time I do yoga they roll over I have to be pulling them up every time and is annoying so disappointing smh

Not the first time I’ve heard complaints about the manager Leo, and she truly lives up to the word. Very rude, condescending tone. You work retail , get over yourself.

Fui a esta tienda y la manager que habla español me trató de una manera súper desagradable por solo hacer una pregunta no creo que deban tratar asà a su su clientes en serio me quitaron las ganas de seguir comprando ropa de esta marca con esta acción
