  The energy felt very off and weird, very unlike any store I’ve ever been in. Some of the staff was really friendly however, other staff overshadowed my positive experience with the others. One in particular seemed dodgy and when I tried speaking to them, they acted like they had other customers to help but when they didn’t anymore they just kept looking away and walked away. I hope that person was new and just nervous because it really gave off like I was being discriminated against. Even afterwards, when another staff helped me but was relying on him to get what I needed, there was unnecessary confusion to which he could’ve clarified with me but never did and still avoided speaking to me or looking in my direction. I still ended up getting the wrong thing from them and got my correct size that I asked for within seconds all by myself once I was out of the dressing room.

  Save your money cheap material my 120$ tights have a hole after one wear. Stick to lulu because at least it last and the customer service is A1.

  As others have mentioned the staff here is unhelpful and cold. They won’t help you even if you are on fire in their showroom. I found the environment hostile and I won’t be coming back. Ever.

  trash staff, how does ALO even condone what goes on in this store.
