    Do not buy from this store! I brought a sport bra in store today I didn’t check the item inside, after I got home I found there are white stains inside, looks like sweat stain and got mold, so disgusting. This is ridiculous. Called them and they tried to blame me about it, told me to go in store and exchange it. Like dude unless you pay my gas or giving me a free shipping return label it’s not my responsibility to take your item problem. You have to take the responsibility of it. I don’t live close nearby.

    Horrible customer service! I was exchanging a top that I purchased online for my wife for Mother’s Day and I decided to go to the store and maybe buy even more stuff since they have men’s section too, since I purchased online for the first time I received 15% discount on EVERYTHING, and when I was doing my exchange the person standing behind the register was clueless, she barley knew how to look up their inventory and I asked if I’ll get the same discount on what I’m exchanging with for which she called this manager to resolve this “mystery” and “question of the year” for all of us, then she shows up the so-called “manager” the decider, the owner of all Alo shops who makes decision on behalf of Alo to protect this 15% discount and rid me off of it, she denied me the 15%! So I told her I don’t want to buy anything from you, I just returned my item and went back to online shopping and got my 15% discount. Here is the part that pisses me off the most, she thinks she is doing a good thing with this horrible customer service, she doesn’t realize that no one needs to be in the store anymore, we all can just shop online, if the customer is in the store you have to welcome them and make sure they buy more in the store so your store can shine and keeps the lights on so you and so many other can have a job, otherwise what are you even doing? What is that power trip? How many shops have you seen closing down their locations in the past 10 years and why do you think that happens? I’m a former executive and coach in retail and I would definitely address a supervisor like that who would deny my shop and repel my customers like that! They need to encourage me to buy more in the store not to punish me for exchanging and be willing to purchase more! Shocking and disappointing experience! NEVER STEPPING A FOOT IN THAT STORE AGAIN! DONE!

    Anna was outstanding along with her customer service. I felt so valued and appreciated as a customer with her positive attitude and bright energy. She perfectly understood what I wanted and helped me pick out the prettiest gift for my friend’s birthday. This has become one of my favorite stores and all thanks to this beautiful lady.
