  Would give 0/5 stars if i could. Possibly the worst retail store in WA. Wife loves Alo but never coming back. Puzzles me why the store manager hires low quality staff in a prime location. Staff refused to point out where an item was, and girl with long wavy hair at the counter was extremely impolite when i got in the "wrong checkout line" and refused to ring my items. Ended up leaving and ordering online. I'd understand the attitude if you were selling luxury goods, but having this elitist attitude at an athleisure store? What a joke.

  I don’t ever go to this store anymore. The place feels unwelcoming. The staff are not helpful and seem annoyed when you ask for help. Even when you don’t ask, they look at you like you’re bothering them.

  Love my alo shoes but there less then a year old and already falling apart. Paid over $180.00 and shoes already breaking down. Glad I bought two pairs and now I will toss these ones out. Super comfortable shoes just wish they had better Quality.

  I had the absolute WORST experience at this Alo store with the RUDEST RETAIL WORKER I have ever met in my entire life. The pale, dark-haired, heavier-set, mid-20s woman working the fitting rooms from around 6-8PM on Wednesday 08/13 was AWFUL. I was baffled. She was looking and speaking to me as if she was angry I was there. I never write reviews on stores but this was genuinely unbelievable. Also the sizes here run HUGE. Beware. Their XXS bra was baggy on me, and I wear a 30C. Seriously. DOUBLE EXTRA SMALL?? I can usually fit an xs/s fine anywhere else. Quality and fit also feels really terrible. Like shein. Save your money and buy Lululemon.
