  Love Alo’s clothes and style, but the customer service could be better. The staff didn’t seem very attentive or interested in helping, even though the store wasn’t busy. For a brand like Alo, I expected a more friendly and welcoming shopping experience.

  Super rude staff. Not only one but many, and especially the managers. Carrefour laval and ste catherine are much nicer. What’s the difference? They should know how to speak with their customers and make them comfortable like any other stores!!!!
