  I’m so excited that we finally have an Alo Yoga location here at The Summit in Alabama! The store is absolutely beautiful and has such a great selection of their signature luxury “studio-to-street” pieces. The quality and style are unmatched! The customer service here is next-level and the team is so friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about the brand. Shopping here is such a great experience from start to finish. So happy Alo has made its way to Alabama! 💫🖤

  I had such an amazing experience at Alo! The sales and service manager, Shania, was incredibly helpful—she went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and loves what she does. On top of being extremely professional, she carries herself with such kindness and confidence—it really makes the whole store feel welcoming. Easily one of the best retail experiences I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and positive energy!

  This has been a completely frustrating and disappointing experience. An $80 gift card was charged to the credit card but never loaded onto the card. Because the store didn’t take the gifter’s contact info, I’ve been stuck going back and forth between customer service and the store with no resolution or accountability. This is still an ongoing matter, and the amount of effort it’s taking to get this resolved and refunded is way too much. For a brand that prides itself on quality, this feels very careless and unfair. I strongly urge everyone to check your gift card balance from Alo Birmingham
