I absolutely love this ALO store! I happened to stop by during their early Black Friday sale today — 30% off everything, what a deal! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking in to make sure I found exactly what I liked. The security guard was also super nice and funny, which made the whole shopping experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere here is just amazing!

I came in on a Tuesday morning when the store wasn’t busy at all, and there were plenty of staff around. Unfortunately, no one greeted me when I walked in, and I had to keep asking for assistance. When I was finally taken to a dressing room, it was full of clothing left behind. To make things worse, no one even said “have a good day” as I left. The whole experience felt unprofessional, unwelcoming, and careless.

Mixed experience. When I entered, two employees were having their own conversation, they looked at me and said a brief hello. I feel like they didn’t pay attention to me because they were either more interested in their own conversation or didn’t think I would buy anything. When I entered, the other employees were super nice and friendly. There were so many employees on the floor and some of the areas are tight so I felt weird. I was getting a gift card for my friend. They didn’t have any displayed which was strange to me but idk. There was only one person at the cash register. She was very kind and helpful. The gift card thing was weird because they had me put my email just in case it was lost? Idk. Mixed bag for employees but I got what I came for.

The people in the store are very knowledgeable about the clothes line. They really are helpful with finding the right clothes for your occasion.
I live near this Alo and today was my second time entering the store with my girlfriend. Both times we entered no one greeted us despite many employees wandering all around. The vibes here are just bad, we were the only customers in the store today and we were given 0 attention, not even a hello. I had to find an employee just to ask where to find something, then I was given a general direction instead of being walked over. The clothes are massively overpriced but that's a different story, when your brand is luxury you expect a generally good level of customer service and attention, but that is non-existent here.
