  Wouldn’t stop stalking me around the store after walking in and when i asked them to stop, their manager approached me and asked me to leave.

  The store itself is beautiful but the service is absolutely terrible. The team working is filled with people who act like they get paid to give dirty looks and chat amongst each other. When you are able to get someone's attention for help, they know nothing about the product or how to help. Honestly, just order online, or don't buy Alo at all if this is their culture.

  Mel/matt was super nice super dope gave me a above average alo experience now even returning my items they did not make me feel weird at all I’d definitely return with that type of service I’d give them 💯 🌟

  every time i come in the store i am welcomed by the BEST team ever. they are so kind and helpful and actually care. Laura always has the best suggestions - Joe is the BEST in fitting rooms always making sure you get just what’s right. and anthony is the cherry on top at the register w his opinion. over all everyone in this store is a joy to be greeted by but these three make my experience memorable EVERY time 💕 love every single set from the spot. every drop is so unique. no one does it like ALO !!!!

  I was looking into the store when one of the two armed security guards antagonised me and got angry claiming i was looking at him. I also find it peculiar that a clothing store needs multiple armed guards to protect it.
