Absolutely do not Ever go there ! Wanted 5500.00 for one night for my dog .said had parvovbit never showed me the test .locked in after hours cannot walk outside. After estimate to save him then said parvo test was 260..00 right away when we got there. Then no proof of anything just money ads. Then miraculously only 278.00 for euthenizong him cause they would not give him back to us.. .Wanted us to call poison control while they supposedly tested him, for parvo, and poison control won't even talk to you unless you over the phone at them 110.00$. But they would not give him back to us even after euthanizing him. No ashes no nothing but a sympathy card that I figure cost me lots of tears and 278.00$ . If you want your dog to die, take him there. Unless you have up to at least 50,000 $ for any matter of time pro care. Sorry Do not Condone these actions for your beloved dogs under any circumstances. They ought to be ashamed or take a pay cut .my opinion

I went in on 10/10/2025 for my mini chihuahua, which had been having fever for 2-3 days and vomiting. She had previously had this symptoms previously which ended up being intestinal infection, but by end of that day she starting howling with pain. Took her in and saw Dr. Daniel (not sure if first or last name) She was compassionate and notified me that my dog had Pyometra and needed surgery. The cost was over $4,700 and I could not afford that amount and asked her to please get her some pain killers and I would try to find a local vet that could perform the surgery the next day. She did warn that my little Heidi might not make it thru the night but, I had the hope that she would. Well she DIED, which has left our family in so much sorrow. Just a side note: I called my dog's primary care that morning on 10/10/2025 to give me a call by the doctor because I was told that they did not have any appointments till Monday morning, I requested a call back from my doctor's primary doctor but he never called me back. Maybe if he would have called me back that morning we could have saved her.

RESPONSE to Owner - it was not just being overpriced, that is the only option to select in the category when posting a review. There were other things that happened that should not have from your staff, including the Veterinarians.
There is no need to contact directly to discuss as I know you will explain everything away instead of taking what is said seriously and address the major concerns of your facility. I went through the reviews and all of your responses are trying to justify the action, instead of taking some sort of responsibility. Even your response to this review you are explaining your prices. I have been to other ER's and have never paid what I did at Allure. It wasnt so much overpriced as it was telling us there were other things wrong with our pet when there wasn't to get us to keep paying for overnight care and additional tests when it was not needed. When I got home I reviewed the report we received and the intake person wrote down incorrect information that I relayed to him. Also showed that what they tried to tell us was wrong and charged for extra testing could have been something else that was totally normal. It would be an absolute waste of time to call and discuss theses concerns. In addition both of your Veterinarians looked like and acted like they are still in high school, which makes me wonder if they even qualified to be diagnosing a pet in need, or were they just techs at least thats what they seemed to be to me. Before you justify and say they have a certificate, anyone now a days can obtain one from the internet. And yes they identified themselves as the Veterinarian.

Please research other ER facilities before making a decision to take your pet anywhere. I know it can be time-consuming when you feel it is an emergency, at which you will end up sitting for hours waiting anyway once you get there. This did not happen to us. We did not have to wait. At the end of the day, what matters is the care and health of your pet, so you can make sure you bring them home without it costing you your entire savings or having to take a loan out to pay for it the rest of your life.
I will not post what happened to us at Allure. My review as a 1 star stands. I do not want to see anyone else experience what we did, but unfortunately, after reading some of the posts, I see it is a reoccurring issue.
To the Vet and Techs at Allure, thank you for helping with Dog!
I had to go in for a minor issue (bite from another dog) so the wait was a few hours. That’s completely understandable as there are animals coming in that are in critical condition.
During the wait, the tech updated me multiple times and I never felt “out of the loop.”
My dog has anxiety and occasional aggression (especially towards males) and the team was so sweet and understanding.
By the time they walked Dog back into the exam room, he was calm and even friendly with the male vet tech.
Thank you for taking care of my boy and being kind and understanding. 10/10 recommend from start to finish.
P.S. He’s adjusting well to the cone and we’re now getting HBO for free (our little satellite) haha ❤️🥲

Honestly I would never take or recommend anyone takes their animals here. 1 reading through all of the reviews that constantly say the same things as they dont care and they use fear and there only after money and seeing the owners rude responses to them should be enough. Those reviews are 100% accurate, we never saw the vet until after the 35th time we refused any further service, which was then met by the vet that tried to use fear to further get money from us. The approach they take is to use fear to gain more money from unnecessary testing. They dont actually listen to your concerns or take you seriously. They lack compassion and have just bad attitudes. When a vet comes in rudely and with google pictures of worst case scenarios to try and get you to spend more money on testing and then tries to lecture you on how to care for your animals is absolutely ridiculous. Plus like others mention it took us 2 plus hours there pretty much nothing. Also when you deny further testing and they ask you 10 more times and try tricks to get you to sign the paper approving the additional testing is just flat out ridiculous. Please do yourself your pets and your bank account a favor and never take your animals here. You will get rude service, severely overpriced service and if you deny they will lecture you and try to use fear to get more of your money.
