It is more than a month since we talked with Property Manager at length about Wi-Fi issue. There is absolute 0% improvement in Wi-Fi issues.
I still face intermittent issues on my Laptop for more than 6 months and Quantum Fiber Support is of no help and asking me to reach out to Property Manager.
And it seems Property has some contract with Quantum Fiber and property is not able to resolved WiFi issues for tenants and I am paying 50$ every month without any real services.
How in the world there can be a premium property with no SLA or timeline to resolve internet issues for tenants??! I am saying premium property, as we love everything else about this property other than lack of resolution on Wi-Fi issues
Paying for Wifi on top of your rent is mandatory here and you have no other choice but to go with whatever they sell you. Fun fact, residents have no right to select what they want, but there is no support from the landlord on what they provide the tenants.
It has always been slow and now, it’s completely down for 2 days!!! When you call Quantum Fiber, the provider, they say since it’s a bulk account, a separate team takes care of it and there is no contact info so the residents can contact them directly. Quantum Fiber emails them your contact info and they call you “WITHIN A DAY”!!!! Unbelievable!!!
In a modern world where everything runs with internet and even lots of people work remotely from home, this is absolutely NOT acceptable!!!
On top of that, I stopped by the leasing office around 5:30 today and they were closed!!! Also I called several times during the day and no answer!!! They post a handwritten note on the door, locked it and left!! That’s all we got!
At least they could stay open during the business hours to answer the questions and open the parcel room door for the items residents bought and need them but can’t pick them up because of network disruption!! Very interesting management!!!!
Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT rent it here…

Really happy living here so far. The place is kept up nicely, and the team is great. Big shout-out to Joel, the maintenance supervisor—super professional, friendly, and always on top of things. Makes a big difference knowing you’ve got someone that dependable around. Highly recommend!
