- JYJay YMar 27, 20251.0I had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I purchased a small amount of tile to replace some at home. When I bought it, they told me to pick it up immediately from their warehouse, which I did within two hours. However, when I got home, I realized the tile didn’t match my existing ones. When I called to return it, an older lady answered the phone and initially told me there would be a 25% restocking fee, which I agreed to. Then she changed it to 50%, and I still agreed. Later, she claimed I couldn’t return it at all because it was “shipped from another state.” That made no sense, as I picked it up from their warehouse just two hours after purchasing it—clearly, it was not shipped from anywhere. When I questioned this, she became rude, told me not to argue, and then hung up on me! The customer service was awful—completely unprofessional and dishonest. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
