  I needed a replacement windshield. Steven was the consummate service provider. He answered the phone quickly, responded to all my questions, replied by text immediately, told me I didn't need an additional calibration that cost $250, and set me up for service the next day. The service was done on time and perfectly. It's always nice when a locally owned shop provides this kind of great service.

  Steve speaks in an honest and straightforward way but please keep an open mind and do not let this rare authenticity shun you away. He spent time to look at my issue and gave me honest advice and actually helped me save money . I would not hesitate recommend Alliance glass to anyone need dealing with their glasses. This is where you can get your business handled correct .

  *Avoid Alliance Glass & Sign: Poor Workmanship and Abysmal Customer Service* I'm extremely disappointed with the experience I had with Alliance Glass & Sign. The glass installation they did on my storefront was subpar, with noticeable imperfections and a sloppy finish. But what really took the cake was the atrocious customer service I received. When I tried to report the issues and get them to fix their mistakes, they were completely unresponsive and unhelpful. It was like they didn't care about their customers or the quality of their work. For a business that claims to specialize in glass and sign installation, Alliance Glass & Sign's workmanship and customer service are shockingly bad. Unless they seriously revamp their operations and customer service, I would strongly advise against using their service

  this afternoon as I was driving home from work, I decided to call alliance glass to get a quote about tinting my vehicles. He asked me if I already had the factory tint on my back windows, which I said yes, but I would like to darken them and he said oh why what illegal activity are you doing that you need to do this. I am a nurse that services the community. I simply want to darken my car because in a couple years, I plan on moving down south where the sun is beaming. This was absolutely a horrible experience. He didn’t even answer the phone with the business bill or even naming with the business was. Sounds like some old man sitting on the toilet constipated, who was absolutely rude and obnoxious. You would not get a dime of my money.

  This shop is awesome. My front passenger window was smashed in an attempted theft and these guys got it replaced so quickly and were so courteous, it made what would otherwise be a huge headache perfectly smooth. Everyone singing Steve's praises is right on; he's great.
