- NDNancy DhondtSep 7, 20231.0Was out of state and couldn’t use my credit card. Called and Debbie said it was no longer good and that a new card was issued. Debbie said they sent numerous emails and called. I checked all my incoming emails and phone calls and NOTHING was sent. I only have that one credit card and asked if she could fedex me a new card. No she said we don’t do that. I asked what was I supposed to do and she said sorry we can’t do anything. ??????????????? Thank goodness my husband took care of the expenses. Extremely frustrating and very unhelpful in a stressful situation.. shame on you Debbie.

They were above and beyond helpful, informative and the best experience with a credit union or bank branch. Very very happy here. Always offered beverages and made sure we agreed with what steps to move forward with. So good with kids and making sure we made all the right choices. Another random bonus, Branch has a warm modern design to it.
