Accu is a great credit union! David and Kathy are great managers. Ms. Lee, Miss. Julia and Haley are great tellers! They are always ready to assist me when I come in. They are always happy to help me with anything I need!

I went in to open an account for my daughter. But I was told it was too close to closing time. You can't open one online. There's no paper application to take and bring back. And the teller didn't give me any idea of how long it takes. So far, I'm not impressed. Maybe if I have a non-banking holiday off I will be able to come in, but I still don't have any idea how long it will take and I live 20 minutes away. I was looking for a Catholic credit union. But maybe I'm better off with Christian Financial.

I want to thank the manager Kathleen for helping me through the process of buying my car. I explained to her i had several bad experiences purchasing a vehicle. She went above and beyond to help me. I was amazed a person i just met helped me so much. I would trust to send family members and friends to her for a loan or place to open account. Thank you!

This credit union is great to work with! I bought a car a few weeks ago from Arizona. It was shipped to Michigan perfectly. I especially want to recognize my loan lead, David Lee. David is amazing and really went above and beyond with every step. He made me beyond comfortable with the loan process and I did not have any issues. He stepped up with my sales lead / dealership. He even connected and coordinated all the aspects of the payment to the dealership in Arizona. Amazing Job David and Alliance Credit Union!
