Arron Hernandez responded to an emergency HVAC heating problem with our system. We thank him for his great service and immediate response to get repairs and parts under way. Our unit is workable until the permanent fix/repair can be completed. Google would not let me do a second review… so I’m adding to this one. Arron came back today Monday to a repair on parts. Dakota in the office (helped to order the part and schedule and Cade gave very valuable input regarding the thermostat app. Arron was on time, professional and our system is good to go. You guys are awesome!!!

Hi thank you for sending Jacob out to fix our new heater. It's getting chilly this time of year. He did a great job of keeping me informed as to the necessary steps to make it happen from the initial issue to when the parts would be in and when they arrived. He replaced the parts in no time at all. He was polite and thorough. And he didn't scratch my rain gutters. Thanks again Rev. Mike Montano

I used to be a huge fan of Allbritten. They were a reliable, affordable local company for all things plumbing, AC, and heating. I’d recommend them to everyone. Unfortunately, in the past year, things have really changed, and not for the better. The service has become much more sales-driven. What used to be basic maintenance repairs have turned into a pitch for “Option 1, 2, 3” packages, even for simple fixes. It’s no longer about helping with general home maintenance; it feels more like they’re looking to upsell you on things that don’t really need to be replaced. Every time a tech comes out now, you get the usual "your [insert appliance] is on its way out" routine, whether it’s the water heater, AC, or even recommending a water softener, regardless of whether it’s truly necessary at the moment. But the worst part? The prices have gone through the roof. They’ve become shockingly high, and the way they pressure you into believing that “you’re paying for quality work” feels more like a guilt trip. They’ll imply that other companies might do the job wrong, but honestly, there are plenty of local businesses who are just as reputable and insured. It’s disappointing because this used to be the go-to company for home services, but now there are many more affordable and reliable local options to consider.

I had contacted multiple companies for estimates on repairing my AC unit that was barely 5-6 years old. Allbritten was the only one who came out as soon as possible and repaired it as soon as possible. They even discounted the visit for being a first time customer. All local companies were giving me the "run around", totally jacking up prices, and taking longer than I could bare. It was over 80 degrees in my house with 4 children and one with special needs who can't be in an overheated environment. Allbritten technician Bee Moua was so kind, professional, and straightforward. He also was so thorough, he showed me issues that other companies didn't bother to even inspect. He gave me all of the information I needed and even provided me with pictures to explain all issues. As large of a company as Allbritten is, I expected a larger bill than the smaller, local companies but it ended up actually being cheaper and included a membership that has so many incentives to save me so much money in the long run. I also received a new touchscreen digital thermostat I can control from my phone and Bee serviced my heater to prepare for the winter all in the same visit. All staff including Luz and Dakota had also provided the best customer service I have ever received. I would recommend Allbritten all day for all of your cooling, heating, plumbing, and electrical needs. If you have any issues with HVAC, request Bee! Thanks Allbritten ❤️

I never would have thought I'd give this review. I'm a guardian member have spent over 30k (brand new air-conditioner and water heater)with Allbritten in the last year and a half. Always have had great service and experiences with them. Six months ago we had a scheduled maintenance for the summer. The technician sold my wife filters (12 for 300)that he said would last six months. Today I had the winter scheduled maintenance service. I was told our equipment needed cleaning (280$). He informed me that we weren't changing our filters enough (every 2-3 months). I informed him about what the previous tech told us every 6. He told me he'd look into it. He confirmed all that I told him was correct, but nothing would be compensated. He was very professional and helpful but.... I just don't understand how a company as good as them could kind of screw us. *wife would never have paid 300 dollars for filters that needed to be changed as much as the cheaper ones. *guy sold her the expensive ones on the idea that they last six months. *then because we trusted the Allbritten tech Now we needed 280 worth of work done and can't send these filters back for refund. How is this good business. You tell us something is so, and because we trusted, we now are out of 580$.
