  The work All Wet has done is fine. It's their awful customer service that I have an issue with. They just don't value MY time. For the Spring system start-up, I was given a window of 1pm-5pm. It wasn't until AFTER 5:00 that I was notified that the tech wouldn't be here for another hour or so. Why wasn't I called as soon as they knew about delays?!? When I called to speak to a manager about this, I was told the manager was busy and would call me back. That never happened. Now for winterization my window was 12pm-4pm. Our doorbell rang just after 9:00am! Luckily we were home, otherwise we would have likely been rescheduled. Why doesn't All Wet respect my time?
