- RSRyan SOct 22, 20255.0Newish customer here: Didn’t know what to expect when picking a pest control company, but we decided to give All Star a shot, and well, we couldn't be happier! Today was only our second treatment since signing up for service, and my spouse and I forgot to open the heavy cellar door so that the service tech could get in there to spray before leaving for work. Totally our bad. I called the office, figuring I’d just ask if the tech would mind opening it but not expecting them to do so. By the time they reached her, our tech (Michelle) had already finished and left. Oh well, I thought — lesson learned. Nope! Michelle turned around, came back, lifted that heavy door, and sprayed the cellar anyway ❤️ Michelle, if you see this, THANK YOU MUCH! You absolutely didn’t have to do that, and it meant a lot. You’re the GOAT! All Star Pest Control — you’ve got a loyal customer for life, and you have Michelle to thank for it! =^-^= p.s. He educated us on why and comforted us that this is just something that happens and we will get them taken care of. His educational and comforting approach made us feel much better and like we were on the right path. Previously we had Mike treat our home (2 weeks ago) and he also shared the same level of professionalism. He explained why and where he was treating and helped us understand how the process works. I was very comfortable having Mike in our home and we are very glad we chose to come back to regular service with All Star.
