  We have had service with AST for over twenty-five years, and the customer service is amazing. The technicians are so caring and consider of your home with cleaning up after themselves if needed. The Vice President of the company, the office manager and each employee we have had contact with over the years have continued to provide nothing but excellent customer service.

  They can take care of all your security needs with real time service and real people to deal with. No (800) numbers, prompts or waiting in line necessary. Especially great for those that travel for work, or are away from home often, or have that special get-a-way home to protect. Remember, you get what you pay for.

  Account Manager Margie Sutton was most helpful with my billing issue and returned my call within the hour. She suggested an easier way to pay and helped me to not overpay. We are pleased with service and have used this same security service for probably 15 years. I would only suggest they offer more services.
