  The workmanship of these people is incredible. I was so worried about all the repair work I was going to have to do to the inside of the house window seals, walls, sheetrock, paint and the rehanging of blinds. Turns out my fear was totally misdirected. These guys left my house looking BETTER (NOT KIDDING); BETTER than when they arrived. We didn't have to do anything to repair the inside of the house after they left. They even took down and re-hung the blinds. I was totally amazed. You can trust these guys to do the job right. Five stars for this installation team!

  Absolutely DO NOT use USI. They took 10 months to finish the install. They installed broken windows. The installer said that modifications had to be made to some of the windows since they were improperly manufactured. Subsequent technicians told us the windows were fine. They sent unqualified technicians to repair the windows. The resulting repairs look like someone had done the work with their feet. We were left to clean the silicone off the windows--which are three stories high. When we complained we were told that USI did not want to hear about it. This went on and on. In the end, we asked for some consideration for this extremely bad service. They sent us a full bill anyway.

  I wouldn't hesitate to encourage you to get a bid for windows from USI if you're in the market for new windows or replacing existing windows. I had a couple of family friends recommend we go and check them out after receiving bids from other window companies. We were in the market to replace the existing windows in our home. We worked with Hector. His knowledge of the industry was deep and he did a great job of educating us on windows and the differences between how they're made. He was very kind and not your typical pushy salesman. He did a great job of understanding our needs and helped us select the windows that would give us the most value for the money spent. The best part is his bid came in under the lowest bid we received from the competitors and they were a better window and frame. You can't beat that. Lastly, he was very transparent during the entire process which I really appreciated. There weren't any pricing games. I guess when you come in the lowest with a quality product you don't need to play games. Go check USI if you need windows (new or replaced). You won't be disappointed.
