As part of the bathroom remodel, they also installed heated flooring, which is a total game-changer, especially on cold mornings. They finished it off with a sleek LED mirror that defogs itself, combining style and functionality perfectly.   All Property Tech is without a doubt my go-to contractor. They’re easy to work with, have good pricing, and their attention to detail is spot on. I’ve used Tony and team for 4 projects already and they are the best! The first project was painting the entire inside of our house to be rented. When the painting was done, the home looked brand new again! We had random markings on the walls from moving in and out, and they covered it all up. They have the expertise to know which color paint would work well with the house too. You don’t see any streaks or extra globs of paint anywhere on the walls. They’re also good at patching holes in the wall and texturing to match the rest of the house. The second job was replacing our carpet with LVP. They showed us the different designs and gave us suggestions. They even saved us some money by letting us know which areas we didn’t need to replace with the new LVP. The pricing they quoted was much cheaper than other contractors too. The work they did was impeccable, definitely worth every penny paid. Now that the house was painted and flooring was redone, we were able to get a higher price on renting the townhouse when compared to the market. The third project was putting up curtains in our new home. We tried ourselves and messed up with some holes in the wall. They were able to re-patch it as if nothing happened, and put the curtains up in 5 rooms. Should’ve just had them do it from the start. The fourth project was caulking our kitchen and bathrooms, as it was starting to crack. They came in and took out the bad caulking, and replaced it perfectly. We were more than satisfied when they were done.

  We had major leaks in our home that caused significant damage to the walls and flooring. All Property Tech responded quickly — they sent a team out right away to assess the situation and got to work without delay. The crew expertly demo’d and reconstructed one of the damaged walls, sealed the side of the house, and repaired the leaky roof to stop the current damage and prevent future issues. The quality of their work was outstanding, but what impressed us most was the honesty and integrity they brought to the job. These days, it’s rare to find a company that combines true craftsmanship with such high character. Every person on the team was skilled, professional, and respectful. They took the time to walk us through everything, explaining the problems clearly and offering solutions without pressure. For any future construction needs, I’ll be calling Tony and All Property Tech again without hesitation. If you’re looking for a trustworthy company that delivers exceptional work at a fair price, this is the A Team. Look no further!
