  I had a new roof put on and needed the satellite reinstalled to the roof. I called DirecTV and they said it would be 1 month before they could send somebody out! I called All Pro Satellite and within an hour somebody returned my call. They sent out a technician that very same day and had the satellite reinstalled within 30 minutes. Both the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone and the technician that did the install were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I will absolutely be recommending them to all my friends and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

  Our service has been terrible with this company, and our satellite is down yet again. We called last weekend, and no one ever called back. The tv started working again in the middle of the week, but we don't even know if someone came out or if it just kicked in again. Now it is out again and we are spending another weekend without a tv. We have not received the service we were promised when we signed with this company. This is the fifth time we have had to have service since we signed our contract in August. And it takes days to get support.
