I spent about 10-15 minutes on the phone with her since I had no idea what the process was going to be like. She explained to me the different options that I may face with my son while he was being booked. She also explained to me what the cost of using the office's services would be. Dani was very polite, professional, and very courteous to my situation. She also went out of her way to pick my son up because I was working in Sacramento which gave me time to be able to return to Santa Rosa so I could meet with them. Dani was the same exact person as she was on the phone. Polite, respectful, and professional. If anyone reads these reviews when looking for bail bond help, reach out to Dani.
