All Klear was able to get a call in today, which was great. Ethan was very knowledgeable and helpful, taking care of the immediate issue and providing quotes for future repairs that didn’t need to be addressed today. He advised us on how to go about getting our future issues resolved efficiently. Very polite and thorough. Thank you!

I want to give a special shoutout to Barry Bruce, John, and the owner and President Garen Gilmore. I did not meet Garen, but his staff seemed to like their jobs and did an excellent job. That must speak to Garen's support of his staff.

I contacted All Klear Plumbing, Heating, Air and Electric after our kitchen sink clogged and we were unable to unclog it ourselves. This company had the most reviews and I wanted someone reliable. They were able to get someone out to our property the next day (a positive). I was quoted an $85 trip/service fee and a $79 diagnostic fee that would be included in the treatment plan should I decide to move forward. When the two gentlemen arrived (Allen Ryser), I was handed a paper to read that offered year-round services (a commitment I wasn’t ready to make - a negative). I was then given two repair options from which to choose on an electronic pad. One without the use of chemicals (approximately $200 and less costly than the option with chemicals - a positive). I chose the less costly option, fully expecting my $79 charge would be applied to it as I was promised. They completed the task within an hour, but then I was told I SHOULD add the chemicals or expect the problem to soon return (a negative). I panicked and gave in to the use of chemicals. Still expecting my total charge to be under $300. I was shocked when my bill came to $408 (a negative). No receipt or breakdown of charges was provided (later sent via email as they had the wrong one). My husband was floored (half joking that he charged less money as a practicing attorney)! We had prior plumbing work done that included different sinks with much more involvement and cost much less. I did call them and was referred to a manager who did offer two things: A “new customer discount of $25 off” and removed the charge for the chemicals - that I never wanted in the first place. New price $280 (a positive). Overall, they did a decent job, but not worth what they were charging, in my opinion. They did address my issues and for that I am happy, but I shouldn’t have had to fight to get a fair price. Three stars.
