  We had a great experience. My 10 year old and his school mates enjoyed their time in the escape room treasure hunt. The employees Greer, Caleb and Kyra was amazing, thanks again.

  We had fun but won't be back to this company or location as there are better options. I have no affiliation with any escape room company, just my personal review. The rooms are open top so you can hear other games being played (shouting numbers) which is distracting. The game we played (Zombie Escape) was nearly entirely based on open a lock on a small box, get a clue to open the next box, repeat 20 times. Other companies we have visited have multiple rooms, better props, magnetic locks and keypads that are far more interesting and engaging. We had the correct combination for a lock and wasted close to 15 minutes trying to open the lock (rechecking the clues, multiple people trying the lock, guessing far more complicated options thinking we missed something, etc.). Eventually asking and they said the lock sticks, make sure to jam it closed a few times to "reset it", then the code we had the entire time worked (the helper knew this was an issue as it was their first suggestion). When you need a clue you have to wait on them to come to the room, losing time (other companies have monitors and intercoms that are much better). The enthusiasm of the staff can make a big difference in your experience. Our group made it fun but the next time we plan an escape room we will use another company / location we had a better experience with.

  Had a great time, our host Greer, was super friendly and helpful! Prices were not too expensive for a group of 4, they offered the flexibility of paying separately which was perfect for our group, would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to have an hour of fun while enjoying all Polaris mall has to offer, thank you Greer, for a great time!

  We did the zombie escape room and it was far less than dazzling. As my husband put it, "we won, we escaped the fun!" . We got stuck about 35 mins in and asked for a clue twice yet no one came. We were left deflated and annoyed at the end. There was SO MUCH information, yet none of it seemed helpful. It would have been great to get a clue, maybe then we could have moved forward. It was a terrible experience and we will never be returning. What was supposed to be a fun time, was just frustrating and disappointing.
