  After 23 years, I enjoy dealing with the people and not feeling like a number when I walk in. I googled their office hours and saw someone had complained about the office. It appears to have been remodeled since the last time I was in, some 8 years ago. If you are a fast lane driver, tailgater, don't follow the 3 second following rule, and haven't heard of defensive driving, don't bother going here. They keep my rates down because I haven't had an accident in the 23 years we've been with them. Insurance is the law; these people help me stay within the law without going broke. If you are a patient, defensive, sane and safe driver, then this is the place for you. It's a 40 mile drive ONE-WAY for me, and because of the low premiums my Wife and I pay, it is worth it, though I rarely need to come in. Safety first, and be positive!

  These guys are great at what they do and offer you the best options. They really do whatever they can to make sure you're getting the best deal and Tess made it incredibly easy to get my old policy cancelled and my new policy in place with out ever having a lapse in my coverage. I also got WAY better coverage for LESS!
