Apparently they’re butt hurt about it because the comment is deleted, and I’m blocked, which shows they only want to hear the community’s positive feedback only. I could go on but I’ll leave it at that!

He explained everything very well and even gave us some pointers on how to keep our system operating without any issues. Talked to Liz in the office and she was very polite also
