After misdiagnoses, Alex Dickerson identified the issue and recommended a solution. This led to the installation of a new furnace and outside AC unit. The installation team, led by Samuel Williams, spent a full day handling the install, properly cleaning up, and providing instructions. I highly recommend this company!

When his father retired and Dickerson Heating and Air was taken over by All Airs Home Service we were a bit worried about having a "new" company service our home as Dickerson was the only company w ever used in our current home. We were delighted and relieved to find out Alex was w All Airs. His experience, knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. Not only that, but he is a very honest, sincere young man. He takes pride in what he does and believes in high quality customer service and satisfacion. Years ago Alex Dickerson installed our new HVAC system when we purchased our home, a whole house dehumidifier and did our twice a year yearly maintenance. Terry, Sam, Tristan and Franciso could not have done a better job. Came when they said they would, did the work professionally and quickly. Very very pleased with them and the new Lennox system. Recently, they switched over to a company called all airs home services. I am very pleased with the way that they do their operations. Thomas Matthews and AJ Flanagan were prompt, on time, and very diligent with my OLD system. He called ahead and asked if there were any other things he needed to know before arrival such as where to park, if we had animals and to please put them up for their safety. Such a thoughtful request. Upon arrival he explained what he was going to do with an estimate time of work. He made recommendations for future service and maintenance plan options. He wrote everything down and explained what was done during this maintenance visit. He took the time to answer all our questions. What a wonderful experience. We will be sure to use All Airs in the future.
