We utilize a special theft deterrent latch that can’t be cut with bolt cutters! We even provide the lock and key for these special latches, so you don’t even need a lock. You can also add your own lock for added security. And Bellefontaine Ave Mini Storage and Grandview Mini Storage even have electronic gates where every user has their own unique “entry code”. The Downtown location offers indoor storage. No more loading and unloading in the rain, you are inside nice and dry. All units have 24-hour access.
Another benefit is our interior structures/walls, which are made of wood (not metal) thereby reducing sweating and condensation on your valuables.
