  I’ve been coming here for years. I fell off in between and ended up diagnosed with something that threatened my quality of life. When nothing else worked, the Empress pills quite literally saved my life. I am taking them to this day and have regained everything I previously lost. ❤️‍🩹

  I chose to visit this location based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews highlighting exceptional service and knowledgeable staff. I drove over an hour and a half specifically for that experience. Unfortunately, what I encountered today was the complete opposite. Upon arrival, the employee remained seated behind the counter, preoccupied with her phone, and showed little interest in assisting me. When I asked for help selecting herbs—which was the primary reason for my visit—she simply pointed in a direction instead of guiding me or offering any real support. Despite asking additional questions, she continued using her phone and made no effort to engage or provide further assistance. I’m extremely disappointed in the level of customer service I received. It fell far below the standard I expected based on the reviews. I left feeling dismissed and undervalued as a customer. Sadly, I would not recommend this establishment based on today’s experience.

  Great organic products, great information, events on how to live a healthier life style, teas are amazing! Happy daze I already need more!!!!!! Sea moss is amazing!!! They even have 2 locations!
