I have just had the pleasure of working with Mr. Tim Holt and Ms. Sara Perez of the Alison Fourtner Team to secure our Auto, Home Owners and Life Insurance policies. I began the process with Tim and I must remark that he was excellent from "start to finish"! During the quick & seamless process of obtaining coverage, I also had the pleasure of speaking with Sara. Tim and Sara are both very knowledgeable about State Farm's insurance portfolio & products which made my experience quite simple. Tim provided me with a thorough explanation of my final selections and the specifics as they relate to each policy.
I initially had an unfortunate experience with another agency that led me to cancel all of my policies with Allstate, but my concerns were quickly addressed in a polite and professional manner when I phoned Tim!
At the conclusion of my 2 day interaction with Tim, I referred a dear friend/patient to Tim as he had asked if I knew of a "good insurance company." I quickly mentioned Tim and made a brief introduction over the phone, so that he could begin his process with State Farm. I know that he too will receive the same amazing attention!
