  Neighbor uses them. Their lawn looks great. But the guys who come to take care of the fall leaves just blow most of them onto my property or out into the street, even though the trees the leaves are from are not on my property. Guess it's not their problem if they just blow em onto a non customers property. Can't do anything about it then.

  The company was friendly and responsive before the work was done. Scheduling was problematic. We like being home when significant landscape projects are being done. We lucked out. Without notice, Alfresco showed up. The workers seemed to lack complete job descriptions of what was to be done. The last three phases of my contracted job are clearing and removing debris from the yard and killing all grass and weeds. The last phase of killing all the weeds was suspected of not being done. I called and was assured it was done. I asked the project manager to confirm via a work order of completion by the team. I had paid in full and did not have much recourse. The worksheet of who applied the weed and grass killer was never followed up on. I was not contacted back for the last phase of the project to quote, adding ground cover. This company may be a fallback company if no one else was available. They will never be my first choice. I am not going to chase or be the supervisor of jobs I hire to be done. Poor administration of job site and even less effective in providing information to work crews. Disappointing. In fairness Alfresco Landscaping reached out as they stated. But it was too little too late. We have already replaced them with another landscaper and are very happy. Sorry it did not workout as planned.
