We forgot about the lifetime vaccines we signed up for in ‘23, moved across town in ‘24 and tried somewhere closer, and then called in ‘25 to ask if we could start coming back yearly and use the program. We were told YES. Made appt, drove across town for it, told NO. Office made rude comments about vet prices elsewhere and played small business victim card. Also tried to pressure into signing up again. Left without being seen and were humiliated.
- SPSarah PierceMay 31, 20251.0Last July, our 14 year old Labrador was in distress and we called to bring her in to the hospital where we had taken her for appointments and procedures, knowing we most likely would have to put her down. In a time of high emotion, this horrible place was insensitive and said we could not bring her in. We were on the phone crying and the lack of care and consideration given by this facility was atrocious. We called another vet in Fort Thomas who immediately opened their doors to us and even met us in the parking lot to support us in this horrible time. NOW, 10 months later, this animal hospital sends us a post card saying it is time for an appointment for our now deceased pet. If you want a vet that cares about your four legged family member and is sensitive to the needs our your animal, DO NOT go here.
