  We were traveling cross country from Georgia to California when my Cadillac XT5 experienced an issue that caused lack of AC, lack of acceleration, a steering alert & constant fan running from the engine compartment. Ruben Ortega III went above & beyond to care for us. He got us in the next morning at 8:30 am & within three hours we were on our way. He was compassionate to our needs. He even got permission to drive the vehicle extra miles to ensure the repair was successful. He was very professional & personable. I'm forever grateful for the care & service we received. If you're local, I highly recommend Alexander Cadillac of Oxnard.
