  I always have a great experience here. Nieves, Josue, and Isaac are professional and knowledgeable. They always call with an update when my truck is in for service, they are friendly and honest about what my truck needs. I highly recommend Alexander Buick GMC!

  I brought my car in because my engine light was on. They told me there was an issue with the purge pump (engine code p146)and fixed it, cleared the codes, and sent me on my way. Two weeks later my engine light went on again and my car went into reduced engine power. This stranded me in Fresno over the Fourth of July weekend. They told me I had an issue with my turbo (engine code P0299) and it was un drivable and would need to be replaced. At first, I had assumed this was just really bad luck with these issues happening right after each other, but I went back and looked at my paperwork from Alexander, and the same turbo engine code I had in Fresno, P0299 appeared on the Alexander paperwork as well. This turbo failure is a known issue in my car and is under an extended warranty because it is failing so often, so I am not sure why they decided to clear the code and not actually fix it. Whatever the reason, I would not recommend coming here.
