3 years ago I switch my home and 4 auto policies to Alex and team after a recommendation from a respected friend. Since then I have bought and sold many vehicles and they never missed a step and have been competitively priced the whole time.
About a year ago I started a small business and choose Alex and team to handle all my confusing business insurance and commercial vehicle insurances. If you're not familiar, business insurance requires lots of back and forth communication since every new customer requires certificates of insurance that include their specific requirements.
This is how I was introduced to Terri. She has be an absolute Rockstar with helping me keep focus on my business and not have to spiral down the insurance paperwork rabbit holes that are generally required. Any time I need a document or information she responds right away and gets me what I need.
Recently I was required to provide a ton of documentation, communication and information to a 3rd party audit company that evaluates my business to insure I'm covered properly. I spoke with Terri and shared my frustration about having jump through all the audit hoops given my current overwhelming workload and lack of time already. She took it upon herself to contact the audit company and provide all the information she could without getting me involved and then communicated with them directly so she could summarize their needs and requirements, then relay the info to me. I dealt with her directly for the whole process and she must have saved me days of back and forth calls and headaches.
I cant say enough how much I appreciate how she's always reliable and goes way above and beyond to help.
Running a small business is filled with uncertainties and unknowns, having someone to rely on and take a bit of weight off my shoulders is a blessing.

Ashley has been so wonderful, assisting us quickly whenever we reached out, and going the extra mile to get a claim started for us, when there had been a delay in our new vehicles getting updated on the app (not from this office, but we tried doing it on the app ourselves, but then we had to cancel it because the car was not delivered as promised by Carvana).
