I am always pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service given to me by the Alex Baldwin team. Late in the day yesterday, I was in a pinch for a rental car issue for my 18 year old son. Jack Lester, at Alex Baldwin State Farm, told me he understood my concerns, what I would need, and that he would resolve the issues by the next morning which was an acceptable time frame. In fact, I received the email 15 minutes after I hung up the phone. I wish all the companies I do business with would show that they care like Jack did yesterday for me.

I’m the customer that always has something go wrong with my account, per usual something went wrong in the account here.
I’m used to the run around so I was stressing dealing with them, lucky Teegan (did I spell that right?) answered the phone and gave me no run around, went right to problem solving! Gave me a clear answer, admitted the problem was on their end, apologized and righted the wrong in a 10 minute phone call.
In an industry full of BSers, Teegan and this agency are a nice break from the norm! Highly recommend! 👍
