I would like to share my experience with Kathryn Tucker at Alex Baldwin, State Farm Insurance Agents office. Mrs. Tucker greeted me with a genuine smile and asked how she could help me. State Farm had recently implemented new software, which had become a bit over my head in knowing what to do, (probably my age), but it was nice to speak with someone knowledgeable and caring to clear up any questions. There was one question she didn’t know, but before I had arrived home, she had already researched it and found the answer, an had emailed me with it.
I have been with State Farm for over thirty years, and although everyone has been very professional and helpful through those years, Mrs. Tucker stands out as a person a professional of the highest quality.
