Trouble started as soon as i signed the contract. They told me they would fully reimburse me for the installation (which was the main reason i signed up) they are also closed on weekends so if for any reason you need your device serviced, You cant do it. Shop around for a different company and dont make the same mistakes i did. Avoid at all cost.

Called Alco and spoke with Lissa. My mechanic recommended this company and Lissa. She was great. She made the process easy, and answered all of my questions in detail. She was professional and friendly. What more could you ask?

The entire process of having the interlock device installed, having it calibrated and understanding the fees involved is extensive. Ask questions and know what to expect. The Iowa office was very helpful when it came to understanding the why behind the entire process.
