  I boarded my 14 year old fiesty 🐈 It was the first time she had ever been away from home. David was so wonderful with her and made me feel very comfortable leaving her. I will definately be back if she needs any future boarding.

  Took such great care of my cat Vodka Martini! She's shy and can get a little overstimulated at times and Alcala Pet Resort met her needs perfectly! The staff was so kind, sent me update photos and a paragraph daily which helped my peace of mind while leaving her somewhere new for the first time. Also really appreciated them letting me put her into her kennel and carrier myself. Overall great experience boarding with them and will be recommending to all my friends with cats! Thank you all for taking such great care of my baby (especially Jack for those sweet report cards!)

  We absolutely love Alcala Pet Resort! My husband and I bring our golden retriever here for day training, and everything about the experience is top tier. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the grounds are clean and beautifully maintained, and they’re always accommodating if something unexpected comes up. Most importantly, I have complete trust in their care—our pup is safe, happy, and genuinely excited every time we pull into the parking lot. Cydney, our trainer, has been amazing. She’s made such a noticeable difference in his impulse control, which has allowed us to include him in more of our everyday outings. We could go on forever about how great Alcala is. It’s clear they truly care about the animals in their care, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend!

  I highly recommend Acala pet resort for its exceptional service. As the owner of three energetic Dalmatians, I can attest that they thoroughly enjoy their stays. We opt for the enrichment package, which caters to their unique needs. Dill and Hunter are fond of the food-driven puzzles, while Gram prefers the snifaris and extra cuddle time. The resort's attention to detail, including baths on the day of departure, is impressive. Any issues that arise during their stay are promptly communicated to me. I have complete confidence in the care provided by Acala, which greatly enhances my vacation experience. Knowing that my pets are in capable hands allows me to truly relax.
