  I was looking for a refrigerator and found Albo was the place to go. Ottis Brooks is the man to see. Told him what I needed and he showed me what he had. Got a GE 17.5 refrigerator at a good price. Delivery was good too, took old out and put new in. 👍

  At the recommendation of a friend, I just purchased a new refrigerator from Albo. My salesperson, Otis Brooks was absolutely awesome. I didn’t have to leave my house and got the best price and service I could’ve hoped for. Within minutes, I received a quote for the exact refrigerator I was looking for. He beat the price of others by far. I can’t wait for delivery. No more big box stores for me!

  From the time I stepped into the store until I completed my sale Mr. Otis Brooks was a great help in selecting the washer and dryer units I needed. He guided me through the whole process making it easy and affordable. Thank you Sir. As well I received my washer and dryer units from the delivery staff of whom were also very helpful, quick in the installation and instructions on how to operate. All in all my experience was exceptional. Thank you all.

  We had to replace our older stacked washer and dryer and checked Home Depot and Lowe's but left there so confused. Luckily we went to Albo where we were greeted at the door and welcomed in by Otis. It was immediately clear that we had come to the right store because it was obvious that we had found a salesperson who knows his appliances! He was wonderful to work with, so knowledgeable of all the different brands and sizes, and he took his time to make sure we found the right one that would meet all our needs and fit into our limited space! We bought the LG Wash Tower with steam, it fit in our space and we love it. We sat and chatted and then he made us aware of all the rebates available and supplied us with the forms and how to file. It was a such a wonderful experience and he is just the nicest person and such a friendly man. Thank you Otis for all your help, it was such a pleasure meeting you! We'll see you again the next time we need an appliance...be well, Debra & Kevin .
