  From our purchase from JR in Audubon, to the installation by Michael Ciarrocca and the delivery from (I did not get the names,). it was exceptional!!!   Process was easy and JR is remarkable in his knowledge. He explained the warranty in detail and a rebate that I would need to request. The team that completed the installation were polite , efficient and friendly. Moving forward I’m confident JR will be available for further purchases and/or advise when needed.

  The installation and removal was very good. That said, I’m still waiting for a call regarding the timer on the dryer not shutting off, so I’m a bit disappointed there.

  Albo Appliance is about the customer service of the sales people. I have been using them for years. I tell JR what I need specifically. He does the homework and looks at all the specs. JR and Brant worked as a nice team on my last purchase. They coordinated the order and the delivery and it worked. I was very pleased. Again, it’s about the Customer Service and the Quality of the knowledge and experience in Appliances that sets Albo Appliance apart.
