  Our very old wall over finally expired. We had a unique situation as the 27 inch oven was mounted in a brick wall. We didn’t want to entrust our problem to a big box store so we called Albo. Andy Diamond was great. He put us at ease regarding our concern, found an oven that fit our needs, and arranged for delivery and installation within minutes. He was pleasant, reassuring and efficient. Thank you Andy.

  I've been an Albo customer for years. When my old microwave stopped working this morning, I immediately phoned M r. Diamond at the Moorestown store, and he set me up with a new edition of the exact same model. Durable. Versatile. Best I've ever owned, and I want it again. He arranged delivery and installation, too. If you need anything they sell, be assured you will get the best product at the best price.

  Andy has been amazing. My family had used them for years and when I moved I decided to use them as well. Andy has been so understanding and supportive when I had issues with my oven. His honestly and opinion is what made everything easier. I had a fire few weeks ago waiting for new part until my oven glass shattered. If anyone need a good honest guy Andy is the guy for you he was very concern when more glasses shattered the whole oven door is damaged within few hours nothing left thank you Andy

  We love our Kitchen Aid dishwasher. We had a wonderful experience with all the salespeople. I will be back for our other appliances when it's time. The prices were so much better than the big box stores, and the service was so much better as well. I was waited on as soon as I walked in the door and greeted with kindness. So happy I found this store! This is how a customer should be treated.. Going into the other big box stores you have to wonder thru the store for 20 minutes or more before you find a person to help you. Thank you so much. Cookie Davis Mount Laurel

  Do not shop here. The sales people tell you one thing and the delivery guys another. The driver was supposed to call at least 30 minutes before delivery, he called 10 minutes before. When I explained to him that wasn't enough time for me to get there he got snippy and said well this is within your 3 hour window. He was able to call his office and move me back 1 spot so that solved that issue. When they arrive for the delivery I tell them they are removing the fridge from the mud room and moving the kitchen fridge to that spot and the new fridge goes in the kitchen. He says "we ain't no movers" and wouldn't do it. I say I specifically asked if this could be done when I bought the fridge and was told it was no problem. He said, nope he isn't moving anything within the house. Yes I would have saved a few $ here on the fridge (most of those savings vanished when I got the extended warranty)but the horrible interaction with the driver has convinced me to never shop here again.
