  I just wanted to share my frustration with the dryer vent cleaning service I booked. I clearly mentioned that the vent is on the roof and confirmed it multiple times, but when the technician showed up today, he said they couldn't do it. This was really disappointing, especially when your team assured me it was possible. Also your website shows harder to reach will be at extra cost. Still your team couldn’t do it. I also called customer care and was given the GM's number, but after leaving several voicemails, I still haven't heard back. It feels like my time has been wasted, and I think it's only fair to expect some professionalism in addressing this mix-up.

  Had a very good experience with this company. The technicians, Varinder and Victor were very helpful and informative. They arrived timely as what was stated to me. Quick, efficient, and friendly. Explained to us the process of cleaning and sanitizing our system clearly. Offered products and explained thoroughly add ons we could purchase without being pushy. Overall fantastic experience, would recommend.

  Jashan and Josh helped us out with our Furnace, ducts and dryer vent. Quick and easy job, zero hassle. The air in the house feels cleaner already.

  I could give zero stars if I could, one of the technicians was playing with his phone in the basement when he was supposed to cleaning the furnace and it wasnt even cleaned. Not withstanding, our carbon monoxide alarm went off 2 hours after. So I had to call the hazmat team and ATCO.
