Our community is truly lucky to have a place like this!

I am sure the food was great, as the hotel recommended it, but the service was terrible. I walked in, and the girl, no more than 17-18 years old, looked at me and said, "What...is that how you greet customers?" I said table for no one, she said sit anywhere...so i did then another young girl, no more than 15 or 17 years old came to pour water, she comes and say nothing, to me, so i asked are you my waitress, she said yes, i said you don't greet your customers, i felt why should i stay and eat at a place that does not value me from the time i walked in. To the owners or mgmt. of this place, I am sure the food is good, but your service from the two girls doesn't do justice...if they want to work in the customer service industry, then they should learn to be more friendly.....Maybe mgmt. needs to read the reviews and see a pattern re the waitresses...and the overall service sucks I made sure to tell the hotel. I would recommend Ciao Bella over this place; the service was great, the staff were friendly, and the food was fantastic.
