  Returning customers. Jerry( Alba’s Roofing) installed my parent’s roof 7 years ago and did excellent work. They repaired all the dry rot and installed quality materials. Therefore when our rental needed a new roof plus gutters there was no question, we called Jerry. His customer service is top notch, he is on time and provides quality work. We are extremely happy with the installation, for a second time, great job guys!

  I'm happy with the roof, service and company. Everything went well. Most of the pre-arrangements were made via the telephone while I was away from the property. They showed up on time, from tear off to completion, very professional. Will use them again and recommend.

  Great experience with Alba's Roofing ... I have a rental property in Modesto, CA. that needed to be readied for going on the market. I live in San Diego mind you. On Memorial weekend I drove to Modesto and contacted a few firms for roofing and siding repair. Mr. Alba showed up the next day and gave me a reasonable quote. We agreed to terms over the phone on Tuesday. The job was completed to my satisfaction on Wednesday afternoon!!! There were no add-ons ... He even agreed to paint all of my wood trim (added on by me) for $200. I was worried about being taken advantage of since I was not there to oversee the project. Job well done, reasonable price and on time.
