  PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. Mike Kennedy is not someone you want working a collection for you. If it is not fall in to your lap easy, he will not make even the smallest effort to garnish any account. Spent 6 months hounding him over a an account that he continuously delayed information on. The only thing this character is good at is EXCUSE. Finally after being boxed into an a corner does he decide to close the account with no more information than when when we started. He claims to have sophisticated tools to find hard to find individuals but no this guy has no clue what's going on around him and I ended up doing more of the research work than he did. My only regret is not realizing him for the CON Lazy incompetent individual he has always been early on. I dont even know how he is still In business. Save yourself time and self respect by avoiding this guy because those are two things he does not respect in his clients. Complete tool !

  Good people that are effective and fast! Had them collect a judgment for me and I couldn't be happier with the result. Would definitely use their service again!

  absolute disaster! I gave them two collections to deal with, one with judgement which has gone nowhere after 5 years! 5 years and nothing happened or looks like is going to happen! The other one they were quick to collect on the bond charing me all kind of fees in the process! I would NOT recommend dealing with them ever!

  Mike kennedy is the most incompetent lawyer i have ever dealt with!. This man and hus secretary could not even pull up my case on their computers. Would not return my calls and acted as if i wasn't important enough to even listen to. The secretary was very aloof with me on the phone. Everyone should take their business elsewhere, this place sucks!
