  Monitoring was declined in 2020 because we were told we’d need an entirely new system installed, the system was 10 years old at the time. I know many people who have systems that are 30+ years old and are still receiving monitoring. You’re just out to make money and care nothing about people’s safety.

  This is a dangerous company. It was fine until we needed it. Our fire alarm went off and there was no response from the company. I repeat, no response. Thank God we knew what to do. I called to find out what had happened, and I was told there was no alarm on their side. He said “something may be wrong,’ and recommended I call when the office was open. I have had terrible experience calling this company. Several months ago, I called to have my system upgraded with new services. No one called back until I asked to speak to the person in charge. He was walking by and took my call. He apologized profusely, said he would get to the bottom of it, and said if I continued to have a problem, I should get in touch with him directly. After 4 emails to him over a month, including the last one with an exasperated subject line Please Please Please, I received no response. I have, of course, cancelled this service, but remain astonished at the incompetence of a company I pay for Security. Be careful,
