  Be careful of this company. There have been instances where the fire alarm went off and Alarmex did not notify the fire department. After 15-20 min, when the fire trucks did not show up, the residents called the fire department. Then Alarmex blamed the panel which is maintained by Alarmex. Recently, Alarmex was asked to provide a quote for a CO sensor upgrade. Alarmex excluded critical requirements in the quote which were highlighted by their own technician. Without these critical add-ons, the upgrade would have been ineffective. When highlighted, Alarmex refused to accept the error and is asking 50% more money to include the add-ons. It is a case of professional malpractice.

  This place have a bad customer service i call them because we are a general contractor company and I try to get better products we want to be big no to buy from home depot and this place have a bad customer services they send me directly to home depot they don't offer me any products that I was asking and the person who talk to me was very rude bad bad service
