He was polite and respectful, and he competently restored our system’s second communication connection. He also helped change the batteries in some of our system’s detection devices like glass breaks and the like. We were pleased with the results of his efforts.

I have asked for a refund for the months they provided no service and no they are sending me a past due notice for the next 3 months that they still can not provide service. I have had several phone calls, emails and snail mail interactions expressing they can not provide service. stop trying to intimidate me.
