  Randall was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Did a stand-up job removing my R.O. System for a kitchen renovation. Highly recommend. The A.W.S. Service desk was wonderful. They were able to adjust my appointment on short notice due to a scheduling change with my kitchen contractor.

  Very professional and friendly. David shared a lot information about what would best work for the house and patiently answered all questions. He did a water test and explained how the filter works. Gave us a great price. During the installation Matthew was very professional and explained the plumbing and asked if I was okay to proceed. Also Matthew was willing to make changes whenever I asked to, even though he had completed some parts of the installation. Highly recommend AWS. More updates to come after testing the device.

  They were great! From the office staff who took my phone call and scheduled my appointment to the installer, everyone was professional and highly skilled. I purchased a water softener and plan to have them come back soon for an RO system under my sink. I’m very happy with the water softener and the process of having it professionally installed!

  I’m very happy with my experience with Alamo Water Softeners! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The technicians, Matthew and Traevon, were outstanding — they showed up right on time, introduced themselves politely, and got right to work. They were both very respectful of my home, careful with their tools, and took the time to explain each step of the installation and how the system works. What really stood out was how knowledgeable they were. They answered all my questions with patience and made sure I understood how to maintain the system going forward. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. It’s refreshing to see this level of professionalism and courtesy these days. I’d definitely recommend Alamo Water Softeners to anyone looking for quality service — and if you get Matthew and Traevon, you’ll be in great hands!

  I had an outstanding experience with Alamo Water Softeners, and I have to give special recognition to their install manager, Raymond. His customer service was truly above and beyond from start to finish. He was confident, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable — the kind of person who instantly puts you at ease knowing you’re in good hands. Even with my three large (and very curious!) dogs around, Raymond wasn’t the least bit deterred. He was patient, kind, and made sure everyone — including my dogs — felt comfortable. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and ensured my system was working spectacularly before leaving. It’s rare these days to come across someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work and the customer’s experience, but Raymond absolutely does. I couldn’t be happier with both the service and the results. Highly recommend Alamo Water Softeners, and if you get the chance to work with Raymond, you’re in great hands!
